I believe my mind is my spirit.
I can hear my thoughts in my mind, but cannot see them until I write them down on this screen. Wouldn't that be spiritual? If so then that is my spirit? I believe my spirit looks exactly like my human form within my body, but it is invisible. Thoughts please. Curious Paul

Aoo' that is Spiritual. Your Spirit fits the shape of your neural net work in your body. But it can shape shift out of it.

I believe if there is a spirit, then science can *potentially* one day see/measure/study it.

Spirit is formless. What you are describing is your subtle or astral body.
Consciousness is what are in essence, not mind - the two things are different..

The mind also has the ego, or the false self.

"I think therefore I am"- Descartes gave it a nice try but completely missed the mark.
"I am therefore I am".. that's better.

Difficult to tell. Can have to do with a disorder, not unlike dyslexia or dyscalculy, or a mental illness, like multiple personality --> a voice in your head that is from another aspect of your personality, so you don't get "see" it till you type it.
Not everything is spiritual, sometimes there's a simple medical or psychological cause to things.

Do you really experience mind or only thoughts?
How do you know that your thoughts are in something called the mind?
Is it the mind that is aware of thoughts, or is it consciousness that is aware of the mind (which IS thoughts)?
This is your spirit - the consciousness in which everything, including the experience of mind arises.
Mind itself doesn't experience anything. It is experienced.

I think he just means that thoughts don't have a physical form - or at least, you can't 'see' them (unless you write them down). To which I would argue (assuming that I'm interpreting correctly what he said), that thoughts still are forms, as you can perceive them in your awareness. That isn't to say that thoughts aren't spirit, as everything in existence is spirit, but I would be tempted to create a distinction between spirit in its pure form (poor choice of words, but I can't think of a better word atm), and that which is both the product of spirit, and spirit itself. But that might be a spurious distinction to make, I'm not sure!
