Aquarian, in the habit of checking if there are negative spirits etc, around me ? or in the habit of getting readings ?

Sometimes I think we become saturated with their energies, to the point where we don't notice it so much anymore.
For a more mundane example, I worked for a while in a medical clinic across the street from two hospitals. When I first took the job, I noticed the sound every time a helicopter arrived at one of the hospitals' trauma centers. But as they got multiple helicopters coming in daily, after a while, I no longer noticed every helicopter. It's not that the helicopters weren't coming in any more, it was just that I got used to the sound so it faded into the background.
But I haven't worked at that location for a few years now. If by some miracle I were to go back there, I'm sure I'd notice the helicopter noises again, at least at first.
Taking a short break from carrying crystals might help you notice their energies again. Or switching up so that you're carrying a different combination of them than you were before, thereby changing the energies around.

Interesting connection with the hospital and the helicopter arrivals.. and the crystals.
Great idea on the switching up on the crystals I am carrying, need some different energy that is for sure !

I was out walking the other day with some smoke quartz in my pocket and it wanted to talk to me.. It was the first time I've ever had a crystal ever want to talk to me.
I sat down with it and only got one message from it. It was very brief.
Not much came from it.

Can't remember if we have talked about this before or not, have you ever slept with crystals under your pillow ? and if so, which ones ?

I have before... Only on occasion. As the vibration from the crystals, perhaps that is in my head, prevent me from sleeping. I end up staying up late and usually end up removing the crystal.
