Astral travel
I've got astral travel meditation online and I know I've astral travelled in dreams one time I did not know what's going on I don't know as a trainee medium I've got an honest things
I have traveled to the Future and I know and dreams I've done the future and paper are not very nice and friendly they are tana but avigant but I don't see how we can be ah when I try to say again astral travel again in dreams to the near future or the end of the world but the end of the world is North finally yet
But the end of the world is near beginning of the world of paper more understanding understanding

Moving from dreams to astral and astral to dreams is very much possible, just like having a dream and suddenly gaining lucidness or losing lucidness. There are many many layers, sometimes the astral may not be the astral but your intimate bubble that no one can access.

What is sleeping? Could sleeping be a mediative state that allows the awareness to drift over to our other bodies. Dreaming maybe a type of AP or OBE for all we know it. The more aware one is, the more likely they are projecting. Whether Physical, Astral, Spiritual, ect.
