You've probably already done this astralsuzy, but don't try when you are too tired. There is no harm in allowing yourself to fall asleep, but that is best when it's a very light sleep, and can happen when you've already had some hours of normal sleep. If you do that, relax into it but set an idea in mind of going out of body, and don't worry about allowing yourself to fall asleep, there is a good chance you will wake up with the vibrational things happening....that is in-between consciousness of physical and astral. Then try to make a move.
If you fall into a deeper sleep then that must be because you are weary and your body needs it. Just keep trying. It will work out.
