Last night we actually had smoothies. All the good stuff, non-fat Greek yogurt, avocado, spinach, pineapple, mango and strawberries.
Tonight we went out for supper, as it was horseback riding night.  I don’t mind. The diner we frequent renovated and the beautiful retro glass and pink and chrome pie box was gone. I was heart broken!
But, heart broken for no reason, the retro box just broke down and they had to move the pies to a new location. Yay! They still have pies!  |

1st dinner fruit smoothie (blueberries/banana/protein powder), carrots with ranch, almonds, pesto over angel hair
then nap
second dinner pancakes
idk i'm just hungry and stuff

Hi Lucky. I've noticed more of your posts. Good to have you back! I truly missed you.
My hubby harvested two antelopes last fall. I'm afraid I've gone through both of them (thank you goats for your sacrifice  ) |

My new favorite food is raw and shelled hemp seeds. I am talking to die for good. Good in just about everything. I just ate a spoon full because. 
I've just taken out some chicken thighs. I am going to air fry them tonight. YUM! |

Oh, yes! Hemp hearts! Yum! 
Okay tonight is tofu, onions, peppers mushrooms, asparagus stir fry over cous cous. Yum! and a rootbeer that foams out the bottle every time I set it down! rofl!

Hey Linin!
Yeah.....ive been involved with a major expansion of my business since the first of the year and just. ....busy!
Kudos to your husband on the antelope! Ive missed out on a permit for antelope the last three years here in Texas draw......of course we could have bought "landowner permits" bit....I don't know. ...just never got around to it.
My grandson Nick has gotten the itch to go on an antelope hunt so maybe this fall.....we'll see
