Thank you. I think you're right, I just need to spend more time grounding and regaining my connection with the earth again from scratch.

I'd recommend connecting with nature, sit with your back against a tree and meditate, do some gardening, mother nature is great when it comes to grounding

Hi scarlett. Send your energy to your soul. It can handle much higher voltages than you can. And ask it to align itself with the earth. It will help. And you should realign your solar plexus.
Everyone else that mentioned similar problems try sending excess energy to the subconscious.

Grounding throughout the day sounds about right. I don't work with energy when its about grounding because I need something real and tangible and not only in my head. Plants in general are good for grounding. You can keep a water spray with you and use on your face from time to time. Rub your hands against something. I keep an object with me that screams present.
These are just standard tips for anyone who needs practical solutions.

The same thing happened to me for a few years actually. Spaced out all the time because of kundalini.
It settled by itself, but it took time.

You might really like this, Scarlett.
