I have been putting herkimer diamonds and lithium quartz in my drinking water . I then subject the water and crystals to my chakra pipes . I have been doing this a few years now and I highly recommend .
I kinda intuitively ditched the ordinary water like I did with the fluoride toothpaste and certain foods .. The more I read about what I ditched more came to light about how bad they are ..
In regards to helping decalcify the pineal gland as like crystal song suggests humming is an excellent tonic ... try humming MMMMMMM NNNNNNN whist covering your ears with you hands with your head tilted forward .
Also something that I have loved connecting with over the last 2-3 years is the sun . I love to sungaze . I heard just lately that sungazing can help activate the pineal gland .. No coincidence that my pineal gland has been going through an activating process for a while now ... everything that I have been doing over the years has been part of the process ..

Music is very stimulating for the pineal, or certain sorts of music. I'm a fan of Tom Kenyon and he has a lot of pineal gland stimulation music.
