Heavyness around chest area
Hi everyone,
I need some guidance and help with some heavy symptons that have been ongoing from last year or more. However, I am feeling it more strongly.
Essentially, I feel an increase in heavyness in my chest area and it makes breathing slightly difficult. Running for more than 15 meters is out of question.
I can literally feel that I cannot run. During the nights, my entire body is very warm.
A part of me feels like there is a clearence going on around the chest area.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? The heavyness around the chest area and difficulties sometimes for breathing?

You can do any breathing meditation 40 minutes regularly. it will remove your feeling of chest heavy.
You can consult any doctor too.

Did the breathing techniques work?
I get a similar feeling in my chest, but I wouldn't label it as heaviness. The vibrations of music and the meditation/breathing help change the feeling.

Are you sure this isn't medical related? It could be serious I would absolutely see a doctor! Maybe simple as anxiety which you could easily fix with your diet.
I have similar issues and I should do the same, thinking it was from lifting weights incorrectly or because I recently stopped smoking but I'm honestly not sure what's causing it or if it's just my imagination. Don't neglect your health and let me know if you figure out what the cause is or if it just goes away on its own.

I've found that eucalyptus oil in our diffuser helps me with chest tightness . but i would say see a doctor to make sure that if you choose a holistic method to help treat that you wont be hindering the issue worse by accident
