yes, we can move trough the next two vibration without leaving this body, does this equate to immortality? Perhaps form a human view point.
What do we have to do to move past the next vibration?
Very little. Simply increase your vibration in order to move through the portals, which will be available in many places. Those portal will switch your DNA automatically, if certain strands have been enabled, and they will only be enabled if the vibration is at the correct level.
So, practice what ever you feel will help, if you must, or just sit under you proverbial tree and do nothing, it all leads to the same.
There are practices like the Kabbalah who can help, but even for the Kabbalah one has to be ready.
