it is just a greeting they are not trying to put anything in ur head

yoga was created by a certain culture so that culture is usually going to be attached to it

if u just want a body work out without the spiritual stuff what about pilates? or gymnasatics?

I think yoga no matter what has a speritiual aspect to it because we are working really hard on our minds as well as the body.

But you aslo can do crossfit

I can understand if ur not into that spiritual stuff but during yoga and after yoga we usually do some medidation work.

I do yoga for all the physical and mental benefits. Yoga can help the body increase flexibility, strength and when combined with ayurveda, helps balance the body functions. It helps you relax, increases your metabolism and regulates all your activities like breathing, digestion and moods.
