Hello, long time lurker first time poster
Hello, lurked for some time but I finally got around to making an account. I first got into this study through martial arts and studying meditations and philosophies of the Shaolin Monks such as Chi Kung. Used to be very good at it but in the past year or so I've just seemed to have lost the will to practice and can't even focus on meditating. Hoping to find some help and answers here and also share what(limited) knowledge I have.
