Paranormal activity?

Have any experienced clairaudients noticed an increase in paranormal activity in the past when they really started getting into the swing of things?

I've seen shadowy figures walk through rooms and heard foot steps clomping behind me when no one is there. I also heard some whispering when I was alone but it was outside my head as opposed to inside which is how I normally hear it. I also think I saw a ghost (not sure) she looked clear as day but her style of dress was WAY out of place. Like a costume from the late 19th c. I'm not scared of it just curious.

If so why the pick up in external activity? I've also noticed a pick up in spirits actually seeking me out to talk. Is there some kind of signal I'm giving off?

I think "external" is a misnomer. This is your spiritual sense moving into your "external" senses--which I see as a progression. First we hear internally, then can actually hear with external ears, eyes, etc.

It's just another progression. Sounds fun.

We all have this in us and more and more as we move into that space of acceptance and peace with it all the wall to the Spirit World will keep getting thinner and thinner.

We can look at our World as having doors that we can open ajar or fling wide open But we have to remember that some doors once we open them even a jar are very hard to get closed again. So we have to be ready for all that is on the other side for us to take in.

I have found that with many workshops and circles ect that some attend they are upset later that they even opened that part of them. Once that door is open it is very hard to go back to that place of not seeing or feeling spirits and that energy . So be very ready to take that one.

For me I came in like I am now and I had to reverse learn how it all works. Its not fun at times but it is how I am. I have not got that off switch and if I go to that space those close to me loose that connection to knowing I am safe. I feel dead to them at times and that is scary.

There are times when I have to accept that there is nothing I can change and no place to share what I have seen or experienced in feelings. I have to be able to live with and trust in a higher power taking control of things even if that means the wrong person "is in custody".

So it just naturally develops into all this? I was kind of hoping it would just stay in my head like it always has. When I was 3 -4 I heard things outside my head and it scared me so much I didn't hear it from the outside anymore, I just heard it in my head before I fell asleep.

I don't mind it the way it is, but I don't know if I can really handle seeing things. My sister sees things (must be genetic) - she doesn't think she's psychic though. She thinks everywhere is haunted lol. But she's got a lot of emotional/mental problems as a result of the things she's seen from childhood onward...

Can I just plateau here?

Try taking the power words out of it all "haunting s" We control our safety and we can put up the walls we need to. This is simply done by knowing we are protected with Guides and Guardians. By a Divine Being or Consciousness be that God to many. We have the power in us to call on that force to assist us too.

Grounding and Protection walls help a lot. Simple things like a Bubble Wall around us blocks out much of the energies that are always there.

It does run in the family lines and we all have this in us. Can it plateau yes, accept that its what you want and make that a real space around you. See that plateau as physical.

Does every place have activity yes, is it all haunted no. Its more about self acceptance that its real and that we are safe.

I too think that you are just experiencing more as you are growing, its probably been there all along but you just couldnt notice it.
