Hmm, the snow shovelers menu
Tried to bake a cake and forgot the sugar.  (I should have asked for supervision. Residual effects of the snow cyclone) Baking cookies now! Coconut, pecan, dried wild blueberry cookies. Hopefully they will turn out well.
Snow shovelers diet, aka, eat like hobbits: , pull on snow clothes, drink water and eat food and shovel, drink water, eat breakfast, shovel, drink water, eat snack, (put on dry clothes) Shovel, drink water, eat lunch, shovel, drink water, eat “linner,” shovel, Dinner, shovel..... (I love 💕 snow!)
What we eat depends on the electricity. Maybe sandwiches. We have plenty of bread, lunch meat, cheese, nut butters!  |

Wow, electricity throughout the storm! But too tired, so we are cheater cooking, microwaving a casserole. Fast, hot and filling! 
Maybe tomorrow we will “really” cook!
Oh, I almost forgot! Today is pi day! While our local pie “dealer” is still shoveling and thawing out... I hope you will all eat a piece for me! |

So funny Anala. Where is the hot cocoa in there? We didn't get any snow. Just rain. And lots of wind.
Last night I started whittling down the leftovers we have stuffed in the fridge. Pizza. Think leftover pizza sauce, grated prov cheese, fried italian sausage with jalapenos, mushrooms and olives.
Tonight will be leftover Philly cheese steak subs.
Tomorrow night will be leftover beef stroganoff
Sunday night will be leftover chorizo vegetable soup.
Like I said, I have lots of leftovers.
I've been eyeing my pear and cherry pie fillings sitting on my shelf when I go past them to get outside. But, no, today I will make some blondies. Hubby is out of cookies.

Well you could dump some cocoa in your coffee.
Already time to clean out the fridge again dream jo? Shish! I swish a clean soapy wash rag around on my shelves every now and then. 
Definitely time to clean out the fridge of leftovers. Every time I opened the doors yesterday, something would jump out at me.
