I don't know how to talk to them :\.I tried but I hear nothing which makes me think there just watching and laughing and ignoring me.I want to do some good things like build a Fae house,offerings,and hopefully plant a garden before trying to talk to them once again.

I know what you mean. I'm kinda feel like they will
might make fun of me because I don't think they're
like spirit guides and angels who hold no judgment.

You might find that a lot of nature spirits tend to be very tentative about responding at first. It takes time to build up a relationship with them. Keep leaving offerings out for them and it might help you connect with them better.
Another note, the only things you don't want to offer fairies, in particular are salt, iron or clothing (which I doubt you were going to give them any of the above lol). And traditionally it's said to never thank them for anything. Because to them it creates a sense of give/take, and thus a "you owe me for this or that". Which, traditionally doesn't sit well with them lol. |

I just looked outside and the milk looks spoiled does that mean they drank it already?

I usually pour out anything after 1 or 2 days. So it doesn't get all icky smelling.
