unintentional?
I have projected about 5 times and its not something I can do when ever I want, it just happens, I can be driving, watching tv, laying down to go to sleep....I have seen things happen, seen rooms, cars, pictures and have comfirmed alot of it because its always got something to do with people I know...
I dont know how to control it or even if I want to, I can see it being a pretty big adiction and maybe going in the wrong direction.

"Astral Projection" is when you're fully immerse in "somewhere" that isn't "here". It's when you're interacting with that environment in the same manner which you interact with this physical reality.
If you're only perceiving the information (like remembering a dream or a memory) then it would be more apt to "remote viewing" as iolite mentioned. :)
