Quan:

“Good day to you my friends (smiles*). So, I, we, have not spoken in a bit, and I wish to focus on concepts/teaching today rather than current events. When communicating like this, coordination is key, and I must not reveal everything that I know. All channelers kind-of know this.

So, our concept today: Kindness. Tora and I agree that kindness is a must when it comes being a human being. A must, a must, a must. Our next thought is basically how hurt both of us are that this quality…has been “left” behind a bit. Compassion is an avenue to kindness, as well difficult living…such as poor health. When one experiences suffering, the potential to create kindness starts to become a reality. It does not always happen, however if kindness takes root in a person, his or her affect on all those who encounter that kindness is notable, and can even be life-changing.

I’d like to compliment Tora here. He is a man who has cultivated an intense level of kindness; a level that almost always affects anyone who sees it and experiences it. He deserves much recognition for this, and he will in the future.

I urge all my readers to study, practice, and apply kindness in their own lives. Merely pondering the concept of kindness…creates kindness within that person. The mind first looks for opportunities to apply it. Then, in due time, it becomes a natural act. This is where its charm truly has effect.

“I really enjoyed today’s channeled piece. I was writing this one closely with Quan, where much of my thoughts made it into the channel. I’ll point out the last part: kindness that happens naturally and without effort, has enormous power and change built within it. It is strongly in our future. Thank you.”

Quan Yin:

“Oh, Tora and I have poppy music on! So, my channel and I like to mess around with different songs we like when we make these channelings. Patience could be paying off very soon, we assure you. We cannot predict the future, us in the higher dimensions, but, the time for significant change is upon us. Those words have been said a lot, and time has passed, but the fact is…these changes for this wonderful planet are inevitable. It was not meant to go on forever without significant changes for the better.

Tora and I are constantly working on ourselves… We exercise the many different parts of us all the time: the mind; the body; the emotions; and the Soul/Spirit. We have our allies with us, our Spiritual Team, and we constantly work and push Tora, for his role in the future is important, as was his past. Much more to learn about Tora and his past-lives will be well known soon. We have great faith in him.

So, let’s end with a brief discussion of a concept of note. Our last concept we mentioned is kindness, however, I have the urge to discuss “intelligence.” Is it not a huge goal of all who live in democratic countries…to become as intelligent as possible? Tora and I think so. Tora is a huge fan of all the different kinds of intelligence, because indeed there are many types. You hear “book” and “street” smarts the most, but there are others that are just as (if not more) important. One is “instinctual,” and another is “intuitive.” Both of these are hugely advantageous in daily life. We will further discuss these in channelings and eBooks in the future.

“Observational” intelligence (Tora thought of this,) such as reading peoples’ thoughts and emotions. How about assessing “vibes” in the air? Another way to describe it is “sensitivity” to energies around oneself.
There is no end to the concept of intelligence. I wish to leave it here. Tora?”

“Concepts, concepts…

Both Tora and I love this type of communication. The simple reality that “infinity” pervades almost everything, is truly a gift from the Great Creator. But, because infinity exists, so must the finite, or rather things that are not infinite. Tora and I right now are watching a wonderful pianist, a modern phenomenon of a female pianist.

Now, I bring her up because that piano is basically infinite, no? It’s hard to say, but for now it is. Will we tire of modern instruments? Will new ones be made? Technology will increase, therefore art will increase too.

Patience is one of the pillars for this Planet’s civilization, however, suffering will not exist for eternity…it simply cannot be that way. The nature of existence is heavily more based in creativity…not destruction. Tora? (Get ready for this…Tora is very moved at the moment.)”

Tora:

“It’s difficult to dive right into the deep end on “what is..,” no? But, some do that. Perhaps we all do… Our future is way, way beyond what many think. Most people don’t go too far in their mind. Those that do, and have not done say…multiple decades of research, are without the wild facts that exist. Most scoff at those wild facts, but ir-regardless, they…are…facts. It does matter nor bend/break to rampant opinion or chaotic expression, these facts. There is a lot of this at the moment here, rampant…chaos, both in mind and in physical awareness. I end with a line from John Adams the show, where I believe one of the greatest actors of all time showed unbelievable talent, awareness, and mental capacity…he said: “facts…are stubborn things.”

The day will come where they reign…”

“Greetings, greetings my dearests. So, what shall we discuss today? Tora shall pick, and he chooses “mental health.” So, Toras’ knowledge is extremely vast in this “arena,” as is mine. Mental health is the “frontier” of our World today, no? We think so, and Tora says that quite a bit. People really struggle here, let alone dealing with and battling the “fight or flight” system in the brain. Let’s continue…

That technical term “fight or flight” is a hidden pillar in the vast world of mental health. Young and old do not hear it nearly enough. Like the old war commanders of note, one must study near endlessly his or her opponents, and it is no different with this system of the brain. Adrenaline will fire into the bloodstream even during a simple conversation with a neighbor or someone one has just met. That…is silly, no? It is very unfortunate, but it is the current reality here on this planet. Again, to win vs an opponent that is quite hard to beat, one must study it ferociously. Here I wish Tora to speak:”

“All that has been said so far is on point. I am no stranger to the “fight or flight,” in fact I have studied it like it’s an aspect of my career. In nearly every person I have interacted with, I have seen anxiety in their behavior…nervousness. This is a very serious issue, because everyone has this system in the brain, and it’s an odd thing being someone who knows how to manage it, especially around many who do not. In my opinion, this is an example of a subject where the wise ones before us would say: “turn around and teach those behind you.” I heavily agree with that.

I will end this piece for Quan and I. Please do take heed the concept we discussed. The better you are at managing it, the better everything else in life is. I speak from personal experience.”
