parting ways with a spirit

Hello all,
A little while ago I needed structure in my life so I started volunteering at a nursing home, helping the staff care for elderly patients. For the most part things were great, and it was exactly what I needed in my life, However during my time there two female residents died under my care. It wasn’t my really my fault or anything, they just passed on while I was in the room. The staff assured me it happens all the time and not to worry about it, so I barley thought about the deaths.
It wasn’t until right after I stopped volunteering at the home when the spirit of one of the patients entered my life. I feel her presence constantly, like a weight hovering nearby at all times. I don’t exactly know what the spirit wants from me, it’s not angry or anything. It mostly seems just like it is disappointed in me.
Anyways, I do not feel equipped to handle both myself and a spirit right now and I would like to set it free if possible.

I feel there must me a reason the spirit has chosen me, and perhaps something I must do to separate myself from it.
has anyone gone though this?
please let me know what steps I can take to part ways with this spirit

Welcome to the forum . Talk to them , let them know there dead. Tell them hell is just a myth . Tell them to go to the light , loved ones will meet them in the astral garden , ect.
