Hi all

I have started to do a meditation called Yoga Nidra. Anyone doing this meditation or have done it before?

I have had allot of good stuff happen with this meditation but i would like to know some of u guy's experience with this meditation and what is the benefits for you?

What i love about this guided meditation (on youtube)is that you focus on your third eye so the benefits for me is great focus, concentration and i am very relaxing afterwards. You have to focus on the third eye allot in this meditation, so i am bit worried about being unbalanced and other stuff.

Also my energy has been allot stronger since doing it so that's great!!!

What problems/dangers could happen when you focus more on the third eye than other chakra's? if all my 7 main chakra's are open.

I do not know.
But, if your sincerity is on 'God'...what harm could come you?
I have been meditating for decades and had a whole Third Eye opening thing with a guru ....so?

It's all about heart, my friend.
Nothing happens to a person that is like a child in love with their Father.

I really don't have an answer to your questions but i will try too.

Not saying anything will happen like death or torture.

I have not had a meditation be so strong before and i am excited but a little fearful when it comes to third eye stuff and because this meditation is so powerful that stuff is already happening that is unknown to me that i am a worried what could happen if you only work with the third eye.

Miss Hepburn, you said you have gone to a guru to open your third eye but mine was opened with the help of a few friends. I have no experience with working on third eye even though it's open. Working with 3rd eye should probably be done with a guru like you say or a professional, why i am fearful.

Unfortunately its not that easy and straight forward for me as i am struggling to understand who/what God,the father really is and other related stuff.

Anyway you right, i trust The Father will help me on the right path and nothing very bad will happen.
