does Reiki really helps in severe kundalini crises
Hi
i am currentely expereincing all kundalini crises symptoms for one yearafter i. Had full blown kundalini. Awakening.should I wait for kundalini to work on its own or take the help of my Reiki master where i got initiated?

It should. There is actually a symbol in reiki that is supposed to reverse the kundalini.

Reiki helped tone down my kundalini so it was not too severe.
