Hi. We tend to get these sensations that feel like a part of the body is opening up. It's where old constrictions, tensions and so on just dissolve away. It's also like an obstacle is removed, which allows for a freer flow of motion through the body. Is good.

Its your throat chakra opening ,when my happened it was like the most blissful feeling ive ever felt ,the other chakras feel amazing too ,but the throat is truly beautiful, yes keep communicating ,sing ,say what you need too, and not what you dont ,enjoy....
