Its too long a video for me to watch, but I gather that it touches upon what one of my best "born again Christian" friends, feared after she did yoga and now as a consequence tells me and others its "bad for you" related to her own personal experience.
Experience tells me we are all unique and so its difficult to project your experience onto others unless of course you believe you are others in your beliefs and experiences
Because its a long video can you give us a short informative understanding of what it relates too? I am sure not too many will watch that for near two hours..so it might help if you do..

All the pertinent information is shared in the first twenty minutes of the video, the rest is elaboration. I posted it here because I believe it's important for all yoga practitioners to hear. In summary, the video explores a side of yoga that is rarely considered but that may be of great significance for those interested in seeing things for what they are, specifically, where one's beliefs and practices come from, what their original purpose was, what effects they can have in one's life, and how one can avoid being deceived.

Her description of all the yogic 'manifestations made me think of some of the Pentecostal churches I've been in. Laughter, dancing, running around, so much energy.....
And then she talked about the sickness that brought her down, reminded me of my friend who died of Hodgkins Lymphoma......and he was a Christian who tried everything including many, many times of having the church elders lay on hands and prayer without ceasing until he finally died.
So I think I'll keep doing yoga and feel good doing it.
