my experience
Did I just finally AP? I remember being in a dark place with little light. It was sort of a long room/hallway. I was walking up and down in it. But suddenly end up in the same area where I suddenly got there. Suddenly I was trapped in a squared room with 2 doors. One in front of me, the other in back of me. Both were locked. I tought I would be trapped when suddenly I heard within myself to relax and simply think that they are not locked and when I tried the door again it unlocked. Now I can't remember what I saw or explored beyond that but then I was suddenly in a pitched black place. Like a void. I couldn't see anything at all. Then I just came to a sleep paralysis state in my room. Did I finally AP?

I think the fact that you woke up in SP makes an argument for AP. Normally, when I AP, I am fully aware of exiting my body and actually make the conscious effort to do so (from a SP state). However, I did have one experience where I dreamed I was flying over downtown. I realized I was dreaming and then it felt more to me like I had projected: I was aware of the wind and the temperature. How did your experience of being in the hallway and the room feel? Did it feel like you were actually there? When I have a lucid dream, I don't feel physical sensations, but when I AP, I do. (I'm aware everyone may not share this experience; after all, there is no physical in the spiritual realm.). ;)
