So okay.....the last time I was here (I'm reading my old threads) I was talking about starting up yoga again. So I did. And I used my old Wai Lana DVD's and got my strength up, then I found out she had a challenging DVD set, and I've been working on those for 2 years now and BOY has my yoga excercise changed. I'm now taking intense classes from a very intense yoga instructor 3 times a month who helps with my practice and poses. It's now to the point where I want to become a yoga instructor!
My body is stronger, I'm more defined, my anxiety is way less, my endurance is sky high, my flexibility in mind and body is much better, it detoxes my body, my mind, it helps rebuild my chakras....I just love yoga.
