Can you recommend a guided meditation audio?
Hi,
I wonder if anyone could recommend a link to an audio/youtube of a guided meditation which you found useful, I do not find many where you do not have to pay for them and I find audios of guided meditations very useful for me at this stage.

Hi, Thank you Durgaa,
I know there are a lot of guided meditations out there, but I was looking for a recommendation of good ones... There are a lot of really bad ones our there :)
So anything anyone tried and was happy with?
