Beautiful terrifying words, I don't quite understand, but thank you.

I'm wondering if the slap in our faces isn't actually every message of hopelessness. They are whipping us towards a material solution - to the problem, that the material is actually an illusion in the first place - driving us deeper into the maze of the unreal, away the exit. But it is always just right there next to us anyway, whichever way the make us sway.

I keep turning my soul around, upside down, flip side in, sidefeet and earground. That is my cheek. And now and again quite random the tiniest fraction in the illusion appears, the exit is there. The exit of the illusion, the clarity of living here as fruit of the fungus only, such miniscule yet gloriously intricate and precious part of the bigger picture. That this which feels like a sinking ship is actually sailing well above the clouds in is very own story of entirely different dimensions.

I don't know why I write.... It important to me to remind myself that my state of mind is not me. My state of mind is most part material, affected greatly by what I serve it. Freedom for me I guess is when I cross a threshold into a state where I can observe it but not be affected by it (unless I chose to), allow it and appreciate it as part of my experience here, but not by far be defined by it or obey its commands.

Freedom. Anywhere.

I hope I remember this next time the fog finds me and hypnotizes me into oblivion again.
