Could someone please help me figure out how to get around this block?
I am trying to do something that is very important to me that would require me to be able to manifest things that I would be able to physically see.* But shadow is in the way and I don't know what to do about it, it has an irrational fear of anything having to do with the supernatural and doesn't trust anything that can be scientifically proven to just be an illusion or hallucination.* Trying to get around this block feels like trying to hold my breath for a long time and my ADD really really doesn't help either, it feels like I need some method that would be really really easy to do and would make it easy to convince my shadow is just a hallucination or an illusion when it absolutely deffinatley isn't just an illusion or hallucination, can someone please help me out?

When people post twice when talking about shadows and the self without it, especially when your nearing its completion, there is a tendency to post twice. lol you have done this.
