Spirit "Nations" - Angels,demons,jesus,etc..
Are there "Nations" or otherwise organized groups of spirits that join together for specific causes, just like in the physical world. We have all kinds of entities that are made up of people - corporations, governments, clubs, religions, etc.. that come together because of shared goals of some kind. It seems it would be pretty much the same in the spirit world..yes?
I have heard several stories from people having astral or NDE experiences of seeing deceased loved ones, and stories from Christians seem to often be seeing loved ones in a specific place (heaven) with not only their loved ones, but also Jesus and angels. (often specifically Gabriel for some reason from what I have heard) Is Jesus basically the ringleader of a spirit Nation?
Does anyone have stories of encounters with the other side where they have seen spirit "group behavior"? Like, are angels basically just spirits that are members of a particular club?
I would like EXPERIENCE based answers ONLY PLEASE! Everyone has ideas that they believe to be true, but please understand that I have no reason to believe you unless you can attach your belief to an actual experience you have had, or an experience that someone else has had. Thanks!

Answers depend on how exactly you're viewing the "spirit world" and "spirits" themselves. I tend to use the "spirit world" (I prefer the term otherworlds) as a catch-all term for any and all aspects of reality that transcend simple scientific measurement. Every single "fictional" universe ever envisioned/discovered is part of the otherworlds, and "fictional" universes often (though not always) have factions and organized groups. Likewise, the gods are otherworldly (in part or entirely depending on the deity in question), and it is well-known that gods are frequently organized in to pantheons and have human-like relationships with each other or shared goals and such. Cultures that venerate their ancestors often do so on the basis of familial tribes, which also suggests organized spirit-groups.
In general, many aspects of otherworlds mirror this world, but many of them don't. It just depends on where you choose to go and how you map the territory. I'd encourage you to explore it yourself and come up with your own answers because you're right: you have no reason to believe anything anyone else says (or experiences) about the otherworlds. It's a highly personal exploration. My understanding of the otherworlds definitely allows for groups/tribes and I have personal experiences with this, but none of that need be relevant for you.

Are you saying that your believe every story anyone has ever seen, read, or imagined is actually a real world someplace?

It was hard to tell exactly what you wanted from your post; I was a little confused about you seeming to not want beliefs and only wanting experiences because for me, my beliefs stem directly from my experiences. >_<;
As for the other question you asked, there's no way to know that for certain but I choose to believe it is so. At the very least, "mere" fictional places have power as ideas and in that way are an aspect of reality that have tangible (real) effects on our minds and lives. I don't feel that calling things fictional/imaginary "not real" describes them well because of that. They have a reality, it's just not the same kind of reality we experience in our physical/objective world. Whether they do have a physical/objective essence behind the screen is an open question, as mentioned.
A couple of my primary "spirit" contacts in the otherworlds originally came to me as pop culture figures, actually, so there's my bias on this. They've transcended those identities since then, but that's how it started. My first contact was (is?) part of a certain organization, but it's unclear to me whether or not he still associates with it. He does have specific causes he supports, though, based on that affiliation so he fills certain roles as a "spirit guide" but not others. Other "spirit guides" I've had since then tend to form relationships with each other through their association with me. You could look at it as a circle of otherworldly friends, I guess. In a few cases, I've experienced that some of my contacts are still "alive" in their own reality, so they have "lives" they're still living somewhere else in space/time. An extraordinary claim, I know, but it is how I've experienced it in a couple of cases in particular. In those cases, they really are living lives similar to the rest of us, if what I'm experiencing is to be taken as genuine.

I basically just meant I want people to show that their belief somehow links back to an actual experience of either themselves, or someone they know. If someone just got their belief because some book or religious leader told them so..well then they shouldn't bother posting.

Do you know, does the organization have a name? Leaders? A specific founder? What is their goal?

I find everything to be rather extraordinary whether it is here, or in another world. Thanks for sharing. :)

Of course they're organised... just in a way we may not recognise by our limited viewpoint... Sir Arthur Conan Doyle dictated a book on his experiences with the various levels and heirarchies after he died... can't recall the name, unfortunately.
It is my understanding that there are many, many levels of awareness and attainment in the spirit world; for instance, angels are on a high vibration and generally have never incarnated in a physical form. Your family members may club together or visit with their friends for a while, but will live lives, learn, seek, grow... just as we do here.
Mediums, healers and other people who work directly with spirit people may have several 'teams' of specialists, students and teachers who work together for specific purposes. For instance, in a group trance mediumship day I attended, each of the mediums' spirit teams worked alongside each other on their side, just as our group worked here, with the intent to allow our spirit friends to experiment as they wished. Observing and adding their energy to the day's work were many, many spirit people in a sort of lecture arena.
