"Floating" after dream?

Has anyone had any dreams where, when you wake up, you find yourself falling onto your bed? Maybe I was just really tired, but when I was younger, I had a dream (can't remember what it was) and when I woke up, I noticed I was floating. I then fell on the bed.

Assuming it wasn't just me being tired, has anyone else had this happen to them? If so, what causes it?

oh it's the angel that stands behind everyone. It projects their soul out of their body into the astral world where it leads them through a symbolic dream, & then it lowers them back into their body. Sometimes it lets them fall back into their body so that they are aware they were out of their body. It's a kind of spiritual gift to show you that you are an eternal soul & not simply a mortal. Also if there is a disturbance around your body while you are in the astral world then you will quickly be drawn back to your body & that can be like falling back into it. Or if something frightens you in the astral plane then that can make you fall back to your body as well.

it's doubtful that anyone might have seen your body levitating if they'd
been present at that time, so your experience was personal to you and
likely an indication of your consciousness reentering it's physical form
perspective. [you'd been "out of body" during your sleep.]
