What do your karmic regressions look like?

I know exactly what you mean by drawing characters and information. I get this often.

I have begun to call this information from my own subconsciousness. It's as if when my close-in information is communicated (from me to me) I keep it really simple (stupid! KISS).

So one was a stick figure house and the word Athens. I've gotten these "drawings" of spheres in the same relationship to each other--many mornings in a row. I finally drew them in Word and then researched. It was exactly like a diagram of the star system Arcturus.

Another time I saw a map of a semi-circular island chain. It was like a Google image map, with frame around it. The land mass was black with a red background, which I thought was strange. I got up, researched "island chains" and found one that looked like it--Papua New Guinea. The flag of that country was red and black. And among the Google articles for Papua New Guinea was a news story from 50 minutes before (about when I was having the dream) that 247 people had died in a ferry boat accident that day.

Just because it's from your subconscious, it doesn't mean the information is "less" in some way. It's just that YOU make sure the information is crystal clear so there is no ambiguity! (But of course I still don't know about Athens + home since I don't have any past life "memories" that seem to go with it--or it was long before Athens became a city. )

This is great. I have this feeling I've already read the book but since I got the book used, I may not have gotten the CD with it.

I do feel that my subconscious knows the answers to a lot of questions I ask myself. I don't really understand why the answers are withheld. And maybe I'm doing it to me!

I don't get sound in my regressions either.

like metalaphrodite, mine are usually pieces of scenes in dreams but they tend to be vivid. I did use the book you suggested last weekend and managed to get a specific past life regression.

Mine was a snippet of maybe all of 5 minutes in 3rd person. No sound, no smells. But man the emotions went from pure blissfulness to absolutely sorrow and dismay in that time that I came out of it fast.
