Hii,
The trick with meditation is not necessarily to be at peace because your body is at peace, or because your mind is at peace. The trick with meditation can sometimes be for me to just watch the chaos. And that’s okay. Your mind might want to tell you all these things about what ur doing. Things people told you, you creativity brings you, intuitive messages.
Maybe try to not judge and step aside. Whatever comes in, let it be. Once you succeed at that, you will notice the next step.
