Twitching is either shakti related or physiological (myoclonic twitching)
I can probably say I've experienced both.
Myoclonus for me usually pops in one spot and is short.
Shakti is more bizarre and accompanied by other signs.
If shakti has been amplified the area you can go into kriyas and twitching also. Most the stories in this thread are shakti related.
I've had funny outbursts of laughter and hallucinated weird geometric beings.
Importantly: if someone is unsure, there are mantras you can say out loud and She will respond to it, I did it and the twitching amplified and spread all over (lol). At that point you may need a guide but in any case surrender to it.
