It's a maricle

A few months ago I had a spiritual awakening and after I was having ups and downs. But the past two days, I did it. I made that mind, body, spirit unification. I am now fully living as my unmanifested self. The love and peace is like I've never felt before. Every single one of my chakras are warm and tingling. It happened yesterday. I did it by everyday of focusing on breathing inane out of my belly all day long throughout everyday activities. Like Eckhart Tolle said, "your body is the gateway to your being.". 100% true. I'm aware and see myself as me(soul) aware of soul. I feel absolute freedom. When I say I choose something, for example I had a problem with uncontrollable talking in my head, and I said I choose never to talk internally again, and I'm healed from that. I cannot do it even if I try. I now keep all of my attention inside my body. I only use mind when necessary. I do not think unless I choose to. Total freedom of mind. I no longer have heart pain anymore. I feel a tingly sensation in my heart now. I put forth the work work the past 1.5 years and it has now paid off. In the last 2 months before the last two days, I was up and down, I felt happy in the morning and anxiety in the evening. The past two days have been the most wonderful days of my life. I now have freedom of choice. If I want to feel peace I do it through awareness. Bliss, joy same thing. All these feelings are that of love. I am so grateful and I love you all on this site. We are all one. I see now everything as one. I feel the deep compassion and love for others like never before. It's just awesome. My spiritual counsel told me I would have a profound spiritual experience 6 hours before it happened. They were right. It feels like absolute freedom. Stillness. I've een getting headaches though, but that's because it's rewiring itself to that of the unmanifested. When I talk to people now person to person, I speak more intellectually if that makes any sense. What I feel right now is extreme joy, love, and all my chakras are tingly. I just wanted to share this with you guys. I love you all. Peace.
