We all are aware of what negatively from others psychically but are we aware of whawe

I was just thinking about this while meditating in the bath with some candles. Are we more aware of what others send to us or less. Helps to put oneself in the others perspective for me.

What I think of me and the thoughts of negative nature in my head are my concern, my responsibility and the only thoughts I have a chance of influencing.
