Smoke and forms

Hi all

Lately I've begun meditating and journeying again after a long time of not. I've been seeing things. Its not really scary at all (at first I was a bit wary of it, but now I've accepted it as a part of life). In the light I see thin whisps of smoke leaving my own form and the forms of those around me. There are times when it almost fogs up my vision. In the dark I tend to see figures moving about (on the ground, in the air, everywhere).
Just wondering if anyone has experienced this, or maybe heard of it and what it means?

edit: as soon as I try to focus my vision on it, it disappears or moves away from where my eyes are focussed on. haha

Yes...I experience that. It is just the energy in the world maybe...nothing specific...but beautiful all the same.
