Should I have gone on the jorney?

I have recently started having contact with spirit and they seem to appear when i am lying down with my eyes closed, but not when I am tired.
I was approached by a male spirit and he made an hand gesture to his right where I saw a train, but all the passengers were spirits, I had a feeling he wanted me to board the train, but I had an uneasy feeling about it so I said no.

Did you have an uneasy feeling about the spirit directing you? If not board the train if you have the chance again.....In these states of awareness you have nothing to worry about as you can't be harmed in anyway, you will just experience what you are meant to experience that is all.

People react the same with astral traveling, they freak because they think they are going to be harmed as the experience is all new to them, what you have said here is no different.
