Apicoectomy...
I have a little mass and my dentist has told me that I might need to get an apectomy...
The thing is that I have never any pain or symptom... Do you think I should get the surgery even though I don't feel any pain... Also, has anyone else has had this surgery?
Thanks for helping...

I think I've had one of those before, it's something that a dentist does (specialist) when a root canal fails to keep infections from reoccurring. It's no big deal, the surgery itself, it's a matter of your track record with your dentist. Have you been happy with the dentist and trust him/her. If you feel iffy about what they're telling you, by all means get a 2nd opinion.

Thanks for the help Silvergirl! Yeah, it is exactly that, when a root canal fails to keep infections reoccurring...
Thanks for reassuring me...
