It sounds like you're going through something rather challenging and possibly traumatic right now. If you're able to, I might suggest yoga / stretches specifically geared towards migranes (there's plenty on youtube) and also maybe some breathing or mindfulness meditations (also available oj youtube) to deal with being shaken up..
If you can't stretch because of your injuries, maybe some aroma therapy and sound therapy (like binaural beats)
I hope you can find the strength to get yourself away from anyone who may simply be using you
