Dreaming I was a mother

I had a dream last night I was a mother. My little boy looked like my husband's little nephew that was named after my husband. But for some reason the boy grew up too fast and he kept getting older.

My roommate thought it was a sign. But I can't get pregnant right now due to birth control and the fact I take medications that would be bad for pregnancy.

My husband wants a child so bad, but he's a man with chronic illnesses so he's sick and I'm afraid he will leave this world soon and people say I would be a single mom.

If I changed my medication according to the doctor it would be possible to conceive. But to have a child with a father who is in and out of hospitals?

Could it be a sign that I will be a mother if God is willing? The dream affected me a lot.
