Odd sensation in feet ; partial projection?
I had some spare time last night, so I listened to a guided meditation on astral projection as I held a chunk of labradorite. I found that my mind's eye "expanded" somehow, if that makes sense. I also experienced a sensation in my foot, that I've felt before.
It feels kind of like my feet are twisting around and around. I can't feel them ; but at the same time, they aren't numb or "asleep". It feels as if a part of my aura was slipping out of place and twisting around in circles. With further meditation, this feeling rose up to my knees, although it was weaker.
The only odd part about this, is that I've experienced this before, without meditation or anything spiritual. I'll just be lying in bed, and when I stay still and relax, sometimes my legs just start to feel odd.
Anybody experience this before ; and if so, do you think this is partial astral projection? Or is it my root chakra working?
