things..

i've been told that our soul, after leaving the body in this life, becomes consciousness of it's errors and, being in the spiritual realm, selects a specific next life, with all its troubles just to be able to evolve in the next life.. so, one can get the conclusion that everything in this life is predetermined.. but, not always am i supposed to see those challenges and understand them.. and then a deviation in our inner self is formed.. stopping us to make the kundalini shakti go through all the chakras.. is there a way of seeing these challenges without having to be cautious all the time?

i've heard of this too (apart from that kundalini shakti bit) if you could see those challenges you would avoid them at all costs and basically wouldn't learn anything imo ie: how to develop strength/tolerance/patience/ understanding and the list goes on
