Dream about this guy

I dreamt this guy (who is like a twin flame in real life), wanted to tell me something , but he whispered it to someone who in turn, told me.

In real life, the guy whom whispered me to is someone whom one the one hand, has a harsh opinion of me, which had dire consequences for me at work but on the other hand thinks I am a really sweet girl. It is someone that me and this twin flame guy both work with.

What does my dream mean?

Should I expect something bad, because every time I dream of him, me and a 3rd party, I get disappointed; some thing always happens a few days later between me and him that that disappoints me and although I haven't seen him in some time, this has happened twice now.
