Reiki and Detoxification?

I've had the reiki 1 attunements today and now have the start of a headache. Can I take ibuprofen for it. I am going out for dinner very soon and I don't want to just leave it because very often my headaches turn to migranes.

Is it okay to take something during the 21 days detox or is it best not to?

You can take what you need to for the headache. It may be that you need to drink some water though. So maybe start with a glass of that first and then if its not helping move on to the tablets.

The 21 days is about you and getting to know reiki. Its not a case of doing a specific detox but about spending time with you and doing self treatments for yourself.

I'm going to drink lots of water tonight and take the tablets in my purse just incase.

I had a wonderful day and got to do Reiki on the teachers husband and her dog, we then went to the animal shelter and did Reiki on some of the more troubled cats there. Really great experience and I hope to learn much more.
