I do meditation and Yoga daily.
Yoga is the natural way to stay happy, healthy and stress free. It is the best home exercises you can do around the house.

meditating everyday is definately going to help, but to thread the continuity of meditation throughout your day is going to be an ice breaker, if it's done by walking listening or seeing, and if you also sit at the start and the end of the day then it will move your mountains.

well....it should do!

Yeah it has already changed my life.
I do feel i can clear my mind easier when i don't meditate.
I remember a time that 8 min felt like a lifetime but today i done a 50 min meditation and i went in a meditative state quickly and most of the
50min my mind was thought free it was very calming. Its a audio guided meditation with brainwaves and that makes it allot easier i guess but it works.
I meditate 20 min twice a day 7 days a week now and today i went longer cause i just felt i could go longer.
Problem now is i want to try other meditations and then my meditation goes off a bit then i do the same again lolll.

Hi.Being a psychologist and a doctor and hypnotist ..I would say that meditating everyday is really benefitial. You can set a specific time daily even for 15 minutes would be great. I listen to my own meditation audio for 8 minutes everyday..

hello tarottyche, just a fyi ..... advertising and promotions aren't allowed on the forum, in case you are thinking of doing so with the mention of your own meditation audio.

cheers

i think the word 'meditation' should be changed to 'noticing'

the more you notice then you are instantly meditating anyway...also notice that you don't have to put labels on things...i.e, 7 days a week/654321...if you can notice labels and notice your thoughts then that's about it...also have acceptance with noticing...don't push anything away, thoughts wise..just notice....they too shall pass, the quicker you notice...

theres a lot of noticing going on man

Mediation can be done anywhere, anytime and as frequently as you wish. Any meditation is better than none.

I pray and exercise everyday, but that doesn't mean I'm going to be a nun - close enough though. hehe. I still hold a job, have a family and must go out there for my daily life. I do it because it makes me happy, calm and peaceful. I do it often because I want to obey God and love him and love my neighbors as he loves me.
