hi, everyone. Awhile back, I posted a prayers request for my boy, Indie. He is doing much better - thank you for your prayers. I thought I'd try to see if I could share a picture of him here. Enjoy!

That is good news Raven Poet. Let's hope he continues to improve.
He is so very beautiful and noble-looking. What breed is he? It looks as if he has some Timber Wolf in him.

Hi, Tobi. Sorry for the delay in checking this - been nuts-o at work!
Indie is shepherd and elkhound - and a little bit of chow! But he is very wolfish, isn't he? I call him "Maa ingan, or Ojibwe for Wolf. He likes it!
BTW, Indie had emergency surgery on March 17th to remove that ugly huge tumour (we found a new vet for a 2nd opinion who said if he didn't get it surgically removed, it could burst and kill him.)
Thank God, Goddess, Creator, and all of you for your prayers in this journey! I am so grateful that we found a wonderful vet surgeon who did the surgery (our original vet was ready to write Indie off). The tumour is gone! He is pretty well back to 99% of his ability.
Now we are just waiting for all this snow to melt so me and Indie can go bush-wacking (or wandering off the beaten path in our forested parks).
