Once you have opened your Microcosmic orbit, which is the most basic practice in Daoist Yoga, you might go on and cultivate your sexual energies.
The Fusion exercises are more suited to do this. It will harmonize any distorted or negative energy within the body. |

Interesting, Rah nam... I'd like to look it up but I'm sure you don't mean the 'spinal fusion' exercises I found on the web. Would you give more info please?
