Dreaming about memories from a specific past life

Hi! Is it possible to evoke memories from one particular life? I have an idea of what one of my past lives may have been, but I'm stuck. Wondering if the conditions of a dream state could awaken something.

Does it work that way? Instead of trying to find it myself, do I have to wait until the memory finds me?

Through meditation you can help unlock lots of answers, but I think to find past life memories, you have to first know that they are there, so I guess you wont know unless some snippets of memory present themselves.

I tried setting an intention last night before sleeping to dream about a past life but instead I dreamed about a past foe coming to me talking about the accumulated karma from his past lives.. lol. Might have been connected to me like the reason I met him in this life.. I don't know I forgot most of it waking up (since I was unnaturally disturbed, as always).

I would try meditation myself to find out but staying away from meditation for the time being for Kundalini related reasons~

Yes I think though that you have to wait until the memories finds you, in a way. I feel like there's something blocking me from being able to remember my own, and that if I can just find the issue and deal with it a whole new world of past life memories and maybe other stuff will be unlocked.. maybe I'm close..
