Eating four extra large eggs a day

Hi,

I eat four extra large eggs a day. They're great, healthy and can be prepared in many ways. What are your thoughts? Does anyone else have this amount. I don't eat many fatty foods, or anything like that, so it's not much.

Cheers.

Eggs are healthy in moderation. The cholesterol issue has now been seen to be misleading. That said, I remember hearing (from a Government official) that one egg a day will do us no harm if we are of a healthy constitution.

I have eaten 2 large eggs every day for breakfast, soft boiled. But, alas I have become quite sick of them and do not want eggs for breakfast any more. But eggs are quite nutritious and if you can get free range pastured organic eggs, all the better!

I've always been an egg fan - but during the week, I don't even eat breakfast very often at all - I believe they are excellent health-wise, and if I'm using several eggs for egg salad or something like that or making scrambled eggs, I will remove a 1 or 2 yolks.

My favorite egg dish if I make something at home is chorizo & eggs with corn tortillas or wrapped in a flour tortilla with a little salsa. What's your favorite way to make eggs?

What do you mean by ''large egg'' - a whole egg? You eat four of those a day..?!!

I don't eat a lot of eggs and dairy (can't remember the last time I drank a glass of milk or ate a whole egg!), I used to eat them regularly when I was a vegetarian though.

Four large eggs every day, sounds unhealthy to me. What else do you eat?
What are you, some body builder or other sport person? On high protein diet?
Have your triglyceride levels checked once in a while.

Our bodies need fat to manufacture necessary hormones like pregnenolone. Low fat diets are very unhealthy. Eggs contain a very healthy fat...lecithin.
