Another idea is to channel it into your physical body, such as muscles. This can do anything from harden your bones to give you a temporary strength boost. it can also help you in any situations involving memory, speed, reflexes, and other tasks.
This particular person learned to channel energies at the age of 13, and it has helped me considerably. Be cautious, though; using energies like that can damage your body if you are not carefull. Try small excersizes, like jumping up and down or lifting weights. Your best bet is to train your body to conduct and transfer the extra energy.
As with anything, make sure to use caution and practice. And stay healthy and well taken care of! If you do not take care of your body, it won't do the same for you.
