Every practice he undertakes he masters in very short time, achieving perfect union with the ideal. And though each are different in a dualistic sense they all open a door to the same non-dual reality.

One of the practices is assuming the mood of Krishna's beloved and Ramakrishna is all in, dressing like a woman with the walk, talk and mannerisms of a woman, at least when he's not in Samadhi merged with the ideal. All in with total purity of heart.

I must admit I am still wet behind the ears. I have not ventured into the Hindu world yet but the story you quoted resonates with some of my personal experience. About finding the answer to the unknown there must be an easier way to sitting your whole lifetime. I would imagine reading, meditation and any other form of exposure to the spiritual realm should speed up the answer
