Question about healing old scar

I don't even know where to begin researching an answer to this, so maybe someone in the forum can help me on this. A couple months ago, I had a dream where someone I knew in my waking life grabbed my left wrist. When I awoke, there was a bruise in the same place. He had had the same dream and defended his reasoning for grabbing me. Fast forward a few weeks and he assaulted me in waking life. He harassed me for about a month until I was finally able to block his number. There's still a scar on my wrist. How is this possible?

Is this scar benign, or should I consider healing it? What even is it? I'd appreciate advice on this.

Sounds like you had a strong connection with this person to have a shared dream like that but obviously not in a good way. Would you say he leaches off you? A physical mark could indicate an astral cord that needs to be disconnected if its still active

This is weird.. I was thinking about this earlier. My mother used to suffer from SP and she would see demons and stuff (not unusual) but in her case whenever she woke up she said she was covered in bruises from where these entities had been attacking her. What dryad says about astral cords leeching energy makes a lot of sense.
